Step 1 - Log in

Go to My CRA Account and log in using your Sign-In Partner:

Click here to open the CRA Online Account login page

Once logged into your CRA account, click Next on this page

Step 3 - Go to "My Profile"

Once you're logged in, click on “Profile” in the left menu.

Step 4 - Click “Add” in the Authorized Representative section

Under your profile settings, go to the Authorized Representative section and click “Add”

Step 5 - Enter My Rep ID

Choose to enter a Rep ID, and type in:
9JB6QG4
This is my personal CRA Rep ID.

Step 6

1. Authorization Level
Select Level 1 (access to information only).

2. Online Access
Choose Yes to allow online communication.

3. Expiry Date
Enter a date that is 3 months from today.

Step 7 - Submit the Authorization

Follow the prompts to submit. That’s it! You’re done.
